At RareCatch, we want to ensure every pull is a great one. However, due to the nature of collectible items and market volatility, our policy is designed to protect the integrity of our inventory and the community.

1. 7-Day Return Window

In accordance with Saudi Consumer Protection laws, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

2. Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Packs)

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened factory shrink-wrap or with the original seal intact.

  • Exclusions: Once the plastic wrap or seal is broken, the item is considered "used" and is ineligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. This is to prevent "pack weighing" or "mapping" (common TCG tampering methods).

  • Defects: If you receive a box with significant structural damage that occurred during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the unopened package.

3. Single Cards (Singles)

  • Market Volatility: Due to the constant fluctuation of the TCG market we do not accept returns for single cards based on "change of mind" or price drops.

  • Condition Disputes: We use industry-standard grading (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc..) If you believe the card received does not match the description:

    • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • The card must remain in its original sleeve and top-loader with our "Security Seal" (if applicable) intact.

  • Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of every card.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital Codes: Any product containing a digital code (e.g., Pokémon TCG Live codes) cannot be returned once the physical packaging is opened.

  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during specific clearance events are not eligible for return.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Mada, Visa, STC Pay, etc.).

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank's policy in Saudi Arabia.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product), we cover all shipping fees.

    • If the return is a "change of mind" on an eligible sealed product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a 22% restocking fee.

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@rare-catch.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the item (front, back, and seal).

  3. Reason for the return.

 (المنتجات المغلقة  : يُسمح بالاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وتغليف المصنع لم يفتح. بمجرد إزالة التغليف، لا يمكن استرجاع المنتج نهائياً لحماية المشتري القادم من مخاطر التلاعب.

 البطاقات الفردية  نظراً للتذبذب اليومي في أسعار سوق البطاقات العالمي، لا يوجد استرجاع للبطاقات الفردية بسبب "تغير الرأي" أو "انخفاض السعر". الاسترجاع يتم فقط في حال كانت حالة البطاقة المستلمة تختلف بشكل جوهري عن الوصف المذكور، ويجب إبلاغنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام.

 رسوم الاسترجاع: إذا كان الاسترجاع بسبب رغبة العميل (والمنتج مؤهل)، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن ورسوم إعادة التخزين بنسبة 22%. إذا كان السبب خطأ منا، نتحمل نحن كافة التكاليف.
