1. Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During new set releases handling may take up to 5 days.

2. Shipping Carriers: We partner with Aramex for deliveries.

• Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days.

• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days.

3. Packaging Standard: To ensure your "Mint" stays "Mint," all Products are shipped and mailed in a bubble mailer. Sealed products are bubble-wrapped inside a sturdy box.

4. Delayed Deliveries: if delivery is delayed beyond 15 days (unless a different period is agreed upon), the consumer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

5. International Shipping: Customs duties and taxes for shipments outside of KSA are the responsibility of the buyer.

مدة التجهيز: يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1-3 أيام عمل. في أيام إطلاق المجموعات الجديدة  قد تستغر المدة حتى 5 أيام عمل

الشحن القياسي: 3-10 أيام عمل.

الشحن السريع: 3-7 ايام عمل.

 التأخير في التوصيل: إذا تأخر التوصيل عن موعده بمدة تزيد عن 15 يوماً (ما لم يتم الاتفاق على مدة أخرى)، يحق للمستهلك إلغاء الطلب واسترداد كامل المبلغ.
